To put in words how Mr. Nichols helped with a case that was a classic “David versus Goliath” is no easy feat. I met him two months after losing my husband of 20+ years. His knowledge, his patience, his demeanor made me feel so at ease that even now that he has won my case, I still feel like I need to call him just to say “how are you”. Smooth and Stress Free
Going through the Immigration process would have been very stressful but with the help of Nichols Law Offices, PLLC it was very smooth and stress free. I grew up in Central New York and my best friend's father has been my "go to" for legal guidance as he has practiced law in CNY for several decades. My wife is from Turkey and during the immigration process, I asked him for a referral. He mentioned Craig Nichols immediately, as well as another option who had decided not to work immigration cases considering their complexity and difficulty.
While my wife and I had already submitted our application for the K-1 visa ourselves, Craig was happy to take us on as clients throughout her immigration and her subsequent application for permanent residence. Looking back on this journey, the process would have been exponentially more difficult, stressful, and uncertain without Craig Nichols and his team by our side. The immigration process can be extremely ambiguous and messy. The right course of action is not always obvious. When your marriage and your future are on the line, it is daunting to make ANY decisions without professional support. As most people know, one of the most daunting parts of wanting to move to the United States from another country is the immigration process.
